LITITZ DISTRICT – LBPD Officer Tyler Weinoldt, who is a qualified Drug Recognition Specialist (DRE), just recently went to the PA DUI Association’s 43rdAnnual Meeting The meeting was kept in November 16-18 in Champ, PA.
An extensive training program unites alcohol highway security school specialists, drug abuse treatment and avoidance specialists, police specialists, traffic security supporters of not-for-profit companies, district attorneys, and toxicologists from around the state to deal with crucial problems surrounding impaired driving, court and drug abuse associated subjects. The conference provided 3 days of material to focus abilities and services. The LBPD had the ability to get scholarship financing to cover the expenses connected with the conference.
Officer Weinoldt was acknowledged at the 25th anniversary of the DUI Leading Weapon Awards for his function and efficiency as a Drug Recognition Specialist. 2 other police officers from Lancaster County were likewise acknowledged. Congratulations to these officers!
