Doctor Convicted At Trial Of Illegally Distributing Oxycodone From Midtown Manhattan Practice | USAO-SDNY

Damian Williams, the United States Lawyer for the Southern District of New york city, revealed earlier today that a federal jury discovered HOWARD ADELGLASS guilty for his involvement in a conspiracy to illegally recommend oxycodone. The accused was condemned following a two-week trial prior to U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff. Sentencing is set up for March 8, 2023, prior to Judge Rakoff.
