RALEIGH, N.C. (August 16, 2022)– Wake Tech students now have a practical method to gain access to school assistance services when required. The Care Center opened its doors in the Trainee Providers Structure on the Southern Wake School today. The center works as the “go-to” area for the following assistance services:

- Trainee Success Coaches: To offer assistance and support to assist students attain their scholastic objectives.
- Emergency Situation Help: Might be offered to cover instant requirements that hinder scholastic success.
- Innovation Help: Laptop computers to assist students in the class and with tasks in the house.
- ” The Nest” Food Kitchen: Runs at 7 Wake Tech places.
- Transport Help: Go Raleigh/GoTriangle bus passes, emergency situation gas cards, connections to carpool alternatives.
- Health Providers: Confidential counseling to empower students to solve individual issues such as stress and anxiety, injury, drug abuse, and others.

The Southern Wake School is Wake Tech’s very first Care Center place, in Structure L, Suite 128. It is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
