Capito, Manchin Announce Four Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Service Grants for West Virginia


CHARLESTON, W.Va.— U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W. Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.), both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today revealed four grants from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Providers (HHS) to support very first responders and address substance use disorder treatment, avoidance, and mental health requirements.
